-Los/as estudiantes citados/as para la convocatoria ordinaria afectados de COVID, deberán notificar su situación rellenando la declaración responsable, y enviando un correo a decanato.filosofia@uca.es, especificando exactamente las asignaturas a las cuales no pueden asistir al tener que guardar la semana de confinamiento. El plazo límite de notificación será el miércoles 2 de febrero a las 23:59 horas. Sus exámenes serán realizados los días 10, 11, o a lo largo de la semana del 14 de febrero, siempre en el calendario elaborado desde este decanato. Si en dichas fechas siguieran afectados de COVID, deberán examinarse en junio o septiembre.
-Los/las estudiantes citados/as para la convocatoria de llamamiento extraordinario o especial, realizarán los exámenes los días 3, 4, 7, 8, y 9 de febrero, tal como estaba previsto inicialmente. Si el día del examen estuvieran afectados de COVID, deberán ponerse de acuerdo con el profesor para buscar una fecha alternativa.
-Se ruega que al rellenar la declaración responsable indiquen el grado al que se pertenece y las asignaturas que se verían afectadas. Declaración responsable aquí.

The students that during the ordinary sitting are affected by COVID shall notify their situation by filling in the responsible statement that is attached to this Tavira, sending an e-mail to decanato.filosofia@uca.es specifically saying which are the subjects of which exams could not be attended due to the isolation week. The time limit to notify this will be on Wednesday, February 2nd at 23:59. The exams will then take place on the 10th, 11th, or along that week of February 14th, always in accordance with the calendar made by this deanery. If by these days, such students are still affected by COVID, they shall sit the exam in June or September.

The students already summoned for the special/extraordinary sitting call will sit their exams on February the 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th and 9th, just as it was previously planned.
