  • Academic progression to further studies: Students who successfully complete the Official Master’s Degree in Nautical and Underwater Archaeology will be eligible, with adequate preparation, to access various doctoral programmes, particularly the PhD Programme in Maritime History and Archaeology of the International Doctoral School for Marine Studies (EIDEMAR, CEIMAR). This is the only doctoral programme in Spain awarding the degree of Doctor in Maritime Archaeology and is offered at the University of Cádiz.
